Shiseido Ultimune 4.0 – The Journey to Freedom From Age
We had the privilege of partnering with Shiseido Travel Retail to launch “The Journey to Freedom from Age,” a flagship multi-sensory activation at the cdf Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex. Designed to captivate travellers during the Golden Week holiday, our goal was to translate the science behind Shiseido’s Ultimune serum into a tangible, immersive experience.
Moving beyond traditional retail, we engineered a high-tech “retailtainment” environment driven by interactivity. We developed three distinct zones guided by camellia-shaped RFID tokens: a trans-reality digital installation showcasing the ki-koji fermentation process, a gamified “Memory T-cell” challenge powered by Real-Time Projection Tracking Technology, and an AR-enabled “Artsy Camellia Capture” for personalised social sharing.
By combining cutting-edge display technology with hands-on elements like a DIY passport holder station, we turned a skincare promotion into a personal ritual of self-care and discovery.
