Let’s be honest: long flights and airport layovers aren't exactly the best moments for our skin. So, for the launch of Lancôme’s Génifique Ultimate in travel retail, the mission was clear: how do we let passengers instantly see and feel the serum’s powerful renewing effect before they even try it?

We bypassed the traditional photo-op to create a deeply personal encounter. Before a single photo is taken, travellers are greeted by an AI Beauty Consultant. As travellers share their specific transit skin concerns, the screen opens up into a mesmerising flight across their own "skinscape"—an immersive skin journey that reveals exactly how the serum targets, repairs, and rejuvenates their unique concerns from within.

Then comes the grand finale: the Instant Glow-Up. No makeup chairs. No wardrobe changes. No green screens. Just pure tech capturing the product's true power, transforming a tired layover moment into a fully styled, premium vision of their "ultimate" selves.
